Dinner ADRs in Epcot

Is there a rough estimate folks use when planning dinner ADRs in Epcot and still making it to see Illuminations? What is the lastest time you would book? I am trying to decide between a 5:15pm and 7:05pm for Rose and Crown. Is 7pm cutting it too close?

Depends on the spot you'd like to have for illuminations. But a 7:05 ADR gives you plenty of time to see illuminations.

If I got an outdoor table at R&C I would stay there rather than trying to find somewhere else along the railing after the meal. The lower deck has a really good view.
