Hi!

Can I book WOC dessert party and Paint the Night and plaza inn reservations without holding park tickets? All can be canceled 24 hours in advance? Also how quickly do reservations go at Disneyland? At WDW it can sometimes be within hours six months out!

Yes, you can. No tickets needed and 24 hours advance cancellation is correct. You can start booking 60 days in advance but don't usually need to. I've made reservations the day before but wouldn't recommend that if it's important to you. I just booked my reservations for about 6 weeks out with no problem. You can start taking a look at 60 days out and see if they still have a lot of slots available online every now and then to get an idea of how booked up they're getting. Or book at 60 days and change if you need to.
