Dining??

We will be spending 2 nights at the PB 12/7 and 12/8. We've never stayed on-site at US before, and wondered what people recommended for a nice dinner out each evening. We don't have kids, enjoy great food and a good wine list. Any suggestions??

Also, do you need to make any kind of dinner reservations in advance like you do at WDW? If so, how far in advance can reservations be made?

I would suggest the palm at HRH (very good food), mythos in IOA(best meal I have had in al ong time if not the best) and Emerils (haven't etaen there but the name says it all. You will need to call for Emerils for certain. Not for sure about how far ahead and I don't have the number. I'm sertain someone here will.

I prefer the Sunset Grill in HRH to the Palm. It has rather "trendy" cuisine at dinner, so it might not be to everyone's taste.

I second the vote for Mythos. Great food and probably the best value for the dollar at UO.

Emeril's is also very good but I think Latin Quarter has some FABULOUS dishes. Great desserts, too.
