How does dining work on RCI? We're looking at the Oasis, I understand there is at least one Main Dining room that is included, is it assigned dining times? What about all the other restaurants? Are they all an extra cost and do they require reservations?

For the main dining room you can do Early or late seating. If you don't like being locked in you can also do the flex dining. You'll be put in a reserved area and be at a different table each night. You will be sat with other people.

There are a number of other "pay" options. The only one I did was their steak house. It was very expensive (by cruise standards) but the food and service was top notch.
