Since there are 10 of us I am trying to decide if it would really be more cost effective to stay offiste. I need input! I am basically paying for everyone I have to make sense of it all and soon!! I know we would probably not cook even if we had the capability to at the villa. So all of our meals will be out. Just the difference of disney food or not.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is this for the DEC/2009 trip? I ask because you say you've got to make up your mind soon.
Well, will you have at least two cars? Staying offsite isn't good without transportation. But I'm guessing you will.
Since you are paying for everyone, it would save you a bundle staying offsite and your accommodations would be better(private pool,etc.). That would give you more money for food.
How long are you staying? A week? Good advise above about the DDE card. That's for sit downs at WDW only, right? Not counter service? So if you plan on doing a lot of Disney sit downs, you might want to get it.
There are some great offsite restaurants.
Chevy's = Mexican food. We loved it. They made homemade guacamole right beside our table......I mean right from the avocado. Yumm!
Flipper's Pizza = I've heard a lot of good about this one on here. We will be trying it next trip.
Rainforest Cafe = we always do this one. We've gone to the DTD one three times and have had great meals. Not cheap but the portions are big so sometimes we split meals.
We also have to visit Chic-fil-A a couple of times during our trips. DH used to work for them back in college and my family is basically addicted to the nuggets and sweet tea. We don't have one close by here. Everyone else probably has one near their home.
I'm also going to get some already made meals at Publix. We'll be there over Easter time (but they do it all year I think) so I'm going to get a spiral ham, some sides........I'm sure we'll have leftovers of that one. Does your crew like sandwiches.....do you have people in your party like my son who is hungry two hours after dinner?
You could get some lunchmeat/cheese/sides for those times.
We have to have a Chinese food night. I'm still investigating this one. I found an interesting one called, "Mekong Restaurant" just 6 miles from our condo in Clermont. It has Thai, chinese, and vietnamese dishes. Good reviews. Anyone have any good ideas on this one? Looking for quality, not the same old chinese buffet.
You might not cook, but you will love having a fridge for all of the drinks, the freezer for ice and freezing some waters, the toaster for bagels, etc. Oh, and are there kids in this bunch? My kids will have cereal for their snack. They burn a lot of calories at WDW and it seems at night they are always hungry. I let them have a bowl of cereal and they love it.
