Dining with....??

Hi everyone we will be visiting in Feb. as princesses princess in the half marathon in 2013 and I have a couple questions I am hoping to get answers to from all you experts! I would like to book two special "dinners with" as birthday celebrations while we are there...the one with an animal expert @ Saana and the one with an imagineer @ Hollywood Studios - Has anyone done these? What were your experiences? How long were they? I would greatly appreciate hearing any info you can give me!!Thanks in advance for all your help!

Thanks for the links! Im going to read them in just a min. But Im sorta freaking out thinking I missed calling this am...arrival datw is Feb 22nd and my widget says today we are 180...did I somehow do my widget wrong...
