Bringing our three month old on our trip to Disney next week, and doing the dining plan. Typically when we go out with ehr to a restaurant, we bring in the car seat, and leave her in it.

However, we want to bring a different stroller this trip, that does not accomodate her car seat (and she's too young to sit up in a high chair...)

Does anyone know if any of the restaurants have infant seats available, inside the parks, or at the resorts?

I can't answer your question, but I do have a good alternative. Have you ever tried a sling? When my daughter was born last summer I went out to eat whenever family would come and visit and I found that the easiest way to keep dd calm in a restaurant was in a sling. I used a hotsling in what is called the "cradle cary position". It is very easy to eat and keep a baby in this position. They sell them online, but I've also seen them cheaper at Target for about $30. hth :goodvibes

Thanks!

We went when DD was 1. Although many of the restaurants ask that you leave the stroller outside, if DD was asleep at the time of our ADRs, if they had room, they let me wheel her right up to the table. We've been 2 times since, and I've always seen several strollers w/ either infants or sleeping kids in them at the tables.

Keep in mind, there are no guarantees. I think the sling is a great idea just in case the stroller isn't an option.

1) Restaurants have limited quantities of booster chairs and high chairs.
2) They are on a first-come-first-served basis.
3) They do not have either infant seats or such accommodations.
4) The stroller frequently can be placed at the table, IF it takes a chair's place.
5) Strollers cannot just be added at the end of a table, due to aisle clearance.

NOTE: In some restaurants, the tables are crowded together, and strollers are not permitted. This is up to the individual restaurant, and not a property-wide policy.
