I recall it was something I just happened to find on the WDW site, and also had a tough time finding more info. But I surprised DH with this lunch last Dec, and it was great! Our imagineer was a designer and painter, who had done some of the resort and shop interiors as well as the billboards in DHS (including the great sign out front of Fantasmic!).

Lunch at Brown Derby only, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. One price and you choose from a set menu. It's a lot of food - soup, salad, entree and dessert. It takes a long time (2.5 to 3 hours) because of the chatting with the imagineer. At my lunch we had a mechanical engineer who had worked on designing ride systems. There is no official age restriction, but the recommended age is 14 and up. I would not recommend this for young kids. Teens are fine. My group had a couple of teens who were interested in hearing about careers with Disney.

They are supposed to give you a commemorative dish - but when I went (in August) they were out of the dishes and said they'd be shipped. I have not received one yet.
