Dining with Characters

OK I am confused. Can someone fill me in on what charcters they have where?
I went on the Disney site and it seems confusing

At the WDW website click on "Dining Finder" then choose to display "Character Dining" under the dining experience pull down box at either all locations (includes resorts) or just the parks or just the resorts. You will get a brief descriptions of the restaurants, characters and type of cuisine.
