Dining with an Imagineer dates and ADR

I'm trying to get a reservation for Dining with an Imagineer but it seems they don't release those dates and allow reservations 180 days in advance. Does anyone know how long I need to wait for this? Do I call everyday until it opens up or do they typically start making these available 120, 90 or 60 days out? Can I watch online for them to become available? I'm a bit frustrated

I'm 130 days out (Dec 12-18), and no matter what date/time I select it says no tables are available. I'm guessing its going to be a 90 day thing.

Unless it has recently changed, ADRs can be made at 180 days. I had to call to get mine as no dates were showing as availabile online. I got mine at 180 days.

it's 180 days and the lunch is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays...they also book up quick because it maxes out at about 12 guests. it's also possible that sometimes it isn't loaded right at 180 days.

I was told from CM that the date we want is on the calendar as having the dining with imagineer but they haven't opened it up for reservations yet. It's confusing that for some it opens at 180 days and for other dates it's not?

Every possible date during our stay still says no tables are available.

I have gone as close as 90....also 120. That was 2 of the times. The other 3 it was at the 180 days, including my ADR for Nov.

It is very small, 10-12 people, so depending on time of year, it can fill fast.

I have been told by some CMs that it isn't booked, they haven't opened up our dates yet and then I've also had a CM tell me they couldn't tell if it was booked or not but they couldn't open it up. Any idea who's telling the truth?

I booked online.
I do check almost every day.
The last few times, it has been available at the 180 days. I only check in the mornings.

I booked for the 4th week of October at the 180 day mark (plus a few days earlier due to my resort reservation date). There were openings at that time for Mon Wed and Fri the week I was planning to be there. I have done this experience a few times and it does fill up quickly, often right away. I always book online, but when it is full, it says there are no openings.

Success!! I was able to secure a reservation for our trip!! I am beyond excited!!
I'm posting this to let others know that they have opened reservations for this. It wasn't available at our 180 day mark instead at 162 days but when I worked backwards there were openings to 1/27. I've been checking since our 180 days and working backwards then too just to see if dates were opening up. I hope that made sense! It looks like there are openings from 1/27 - 2/17 now (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).
I hope anyone who is interested gets their reservation.

I tried at my 180 for our trip 2/11-2/15 and nothing was open on that day (8/15). Tried again yesterday (8/22) and was able to book of Feb. 13!

Just booked last week of January.

It's VERY popular and as PP explained with only 3 days a week (DHS) and only 10-12 guests, it books lightning fast. DS has done is several times and loves it so I check all the time for openings on dates he might be going to WDW. AND I have had to cancel a few so keep checking.
