Florida trip for FEB 10-19 was booked back in July. :cool1:

At that time, I asked my wonderful DD, who is 7, if she felt the need to dine with any characters this year. We have done so in the past. (chef mickey's) She told me she didn't think we would need to do that again this year.

Well, she asked me last night, in her sweet, big brown-eyed little way, if we could please have lunch or dinner with Cinderella. (or another princess if she was busy). :earseek:

Okay, so my first reaction was to tell her NO. But explain to a 7-yo about gettting priority seating 90 days in advance and not waiting until the last minute...so, what do you think my chances are of getting something? And, please, what do you all recommend? She would like Cindy but another princess (or the like) would do on short notice.

Any suggestions as to where to dine ?

thanx so much

All I can say is GET CALLING WDW to see what is open. You probably would be hard pressed to get into the castle but you might be able to get into 1900 Fare, just have to be flexible with your times.

Good luck!

I would also try Storybook Princess Breakfast or Lunch at Norway Pav. in Epcot...Cinderella won't be there but alot of other Princesses will. We saw Snow White (my 4 yr olds fav), Jasmine, Belle, Mulan, Aurora. princess:

Definately try 1900 Park Fare. Don't know of any other place besides the castle. Unless you want to try the Princess Storybook breakfast in Norway. There are a lot of princess' there. Good luck here's a little pixie dust!!!

Even try when you get there. We just wanted a Princess Storybook lunch or dinner at Akershus. My dh really wanted to eat the norwegian food again, its just the 2 of us since our 3 teen ds hate norwegian food. The place was completely booked but we checked every day when we were there and they finally had an opening for a very late lunch like almost 3. We couldnt take it because we had the candelight processional dining at 4:30, but my advice, keep trying, there are possibly last minute cancellations. You could try a walk up at park fare when it opens for dinner, but if your dd is with you and they say no, it could lead to disappointment so keep that in mind. Best of luck.

There is a slim chance that Cindy might show up. On two different occasions when we walked past Norway last week we saw Cindy through the window visiting tables. I don't think its very common, but I believe others have seen her at Norway as well.

I just booked 1900 for dinner on Feb 5th @ 430... (gotta get out of there quick & back to the room for the Colts in the Super Bowl) and I got this on Tuesday night of this week with no trouble. CALL THEM NOW!
And keep calling each day.

She was there when we went there too.

The princesses in Norway were all around nicer and more interactive than the ones at CRT.

You can always try for ressies for CRT too. We're going Feb 2nd and I just got ressies for a party of 10 not too long ago. I was SHOCKED that I got them. So it's worth a try! We're going to celebrate my twin daughters' first birthday there!!! princess: princess:
