Dining w/Dora?

I know that Nick Hotel has character dining but does anyone know if you have to be a guest at the hotel to make a reservation?

Is there any other place that does character dining with Dora?

You do have to be a guest at the Nick Hotel to make a character meal reservation there.

I can't think of any of the other Universal Character meals that have Dora-- I know Spiderman, Cat in the Hat, The Simpsons all have meals but I can't remember any Nick Jr. characters.
