(I'm going to try posting this over here now.) Hi everyone! I'm new to the DIS and was hoping some of you could help me out. This is my first time planning a Disney vacation by myself and I'm a bit confused. Me and three other adults are going to Disney May 27-June 2, 2011. We booked the free quick service dining plan, but I would like to upgrade to table service. I called Disney today and was told it would be an extra $600! :scared1: Is that correct? I understood it as only $10 extra per night, per person. So it comes out about $60 per person, or only an extra $240 total. Who's right here?

They're wrong. Call back.

eta: $600 = $25 per adult per night. There's no $25 per night difference between any two dining plans.

Okay. I'm calling right now. I didn't think that sounded right.

ETA: This time I was told it's going to be $15 extra per night. That's much better, but I think I'm going to try again tomorrow just to see if I can get the $10 offer.

whether it's $10 or $15 per night depends on the 'season'. Our 2009 trip which was value season was $10. This past summer was $15. since it was 'regular' season or was it 'summer' season. Anyway, the dates definitely come into play with the cost difference. HTH! :goodvibes
