I do not have dietary requirements. But was wondering does Disney use characters to indicate gluten free etc
like
goofy for gluten free or a g for gluten free. They could put it next to each item on the menu.
nemo for nut free etc
or use nemo for seafood free etc

The menu boards at QS places do not have any special dietary markings. The menus at TS restaurants might.

Regardless, speak with the person taking your order, and they can definitely help. Most places, if not all, have a binder with the menu broken down into suitable choices depending on allergens. They all will have someone working there that has an intimate knowledge of the menu, and could make substitutions, as well.
