Dining Seating Question

My party consists of 6 adults, a 5 year old, a 3 year old, and twins who will be almost 2.
Do you think Disney will assign us a table just for our party, or will they put us at a larger table with others?
I have no objection to either situation, but I wonder whether another cabin or two at our table may object to sitting with so many kids.
Of course we are likely to be in the ALP rotation, and those cabins are likely to have children as well.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows what Disney's logic would be to table assignments.

I'm guessing you mean 6. There are quite a few cruisers that like to dine by themselves, but for those that don't, DCL usually tries to seat families with families, so I wouldn't worry about the child to adult ratio.

Last year on the Wonder, we were a party of 10 (7 adults and 3 children) and we got our own table. It was one of the larger tables, so I would imagine a party of 10 doesn't share with anyone. The first night, take notice of your table number, so each night you just have to look for that same number.

Quite likely you will be at a table with just your group. Make sure that your ressies are linked so that DCL will know to put you together.

There are tables for 12 and 14 and sometimes 16. It would be silly to place your group with another couple (12) but you could concievably be placed with another family of 4 (14) but that is not likely.
