Dining Rotation Help with Remy Palo Night

We are booked on 7 night Eastern on Fantasy with SWDAS. I am trying to figure out what nights would be best to book at Remy/Palo. I don't want to miss any MDR's regular menu. How does dining work on 7 night?

Typically on the Star Wars cruises (western, since eastern hasn't been done yet),
night 1 - Standard Rotational
night 2 - Standard Rotational
night 3 - Standard Rotational
night 4 - Prince & Princess
night 5 - Star Wars
night 6 - Captain's Gala
night 7 - See Ya Real Soon

BUT, I've read that Star Wars Day at Sea is going to be on Thursday for the upcoming season. That would be night 6, then.

Not sure if they'll just switch Captain's Gala with it or, possibly add back in Pirate menu (new one now, you know).

I did online check in last night for our eastern in February. SWDAS is the Thursday (night 6) and pirate deck party is Tuesday (night 4, Day we stop in Tortola).
We have done pirate night before and since fireworks will be for SWDAS, I booked Remy for night 4. I'll be watching closely for navigators from that first Eastern with SWDAS to come out to see how the dining falls. Hopefully I'll be able to switch my Remy night if it doesn't work out the way we have planned.

And something I discovered in case your cruise is one of the glitchy ones that shows Pirate Night for two nights, look under "onboard fun" for when the Pirate League package is offered! It will (or should) only be on one of the days Pirate Night is showing.
