dining rotation chart

A week or so ago someone posted a link to a nice chart that broke down the menus and dining rotations, but I can't find it any longer. Can someone help me find it again? Thanks.

I am also posting a link to the whole thread as posters have talked about some changes that need to be made.

Unfortunately I have been away for a few days and have not made the changes yet.
