Dec 11 Lunch Pepper Market Coronado Springs.
I had chicken fajitas. The chicken was a little dry but it was a huge portion. DH had a BBQ beef sandwich. Not great but good. I didn't really mind the 10% gratuity as our server got us drink refills, real cutlery (not plastic) and you don't have to pay until you leave rather than standing in line with a full tray.

Dinner Jiko at AKL
Fantastic!!! Our first time here and a new must-do. I had the salmon and DH had the filet. It was all melt in your mouth. We also had a wonderful glass of South African wine. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was attentive but not rushed or pushy. This restaurant was very calm compared to its neighbour Boma. Highly Recommend!

Dec 12
Dinner CP package at Akershus in Norway.
We had never eaten here before and we really enjoyed it. I also think at $18.99 it's great value. I liked the way they serve the hot entrees. We didn't find service slow at all. On the cold buffet my favourite was the potato salad and all the cheese and breads. Favourite entrees were the salmon and mackeral. My DH really like the cold roast beef on the buffet as well.

Dec 13 Boardwalk
DH had the meatball sandwich from the Spoodles take out window and I had a hot dog. The Spoodles window is a nice way to take a break from the parks and watch the action on the Boardwalk.

Dec 14
Lunch at Gasparilla Grill at GF
Would not make a point of eating here unless you are staying there (as we were). It was really hectic and noisy with the arcade. Unfortunately it was raining out otherwise it would have been nice to sit outside. (Our first choice was GF Cafe but they were not taking anyone who did not have a PS at lunch)

Dinner: Ohana
Delicious. I really enjoyed the appetizer platter and the shrimp. I had a Malibu McCaw to drink which was divine and DH the Blue Hawaiin. We also had a nice table for 2 by the window overlooking MK. They had the coconut races going on and it has a busy atmosphere but we always enjoy this place.

Dec 15
Lunch Le Cellier
DH had the Ruben sandwich which was amazing. And we both had cheddar cheese soup. I also had a Ceasar salad. A tip though, if you each have a soup you could easily split the Ruben and have more than enough. Service was excellant (we had my sister as our server
;)

We were too full for dinner that night.

Enjoyed your reviews.

We have still never tried Akershus. Was the CP menu the same as the regular buffet?

I would love to get a window seat at O'hana's. We have a 6:20pm ressie with wishes playing at 7:00. Think our chances of that happening is real or should we just go to the beach and watch them and then eat after wishes??

Glad to hear you liked Jiko so much. It is one of our favorite places to eat at WDW. We ate there a few weeks ago and loved our meals just like always.

Thanks for the reviews, sounds like you had a great time! :)

I think it's fairly random if you get a window seat or not. I would check in early and let them know your preferance. They have a nice lounge area so you can have a cocktail while you wait.

BCV23 I believe it was the same menu, the only thing different was desserts.
