Dh, DD7 and I just came back. We ate at WC for dinner on our arrival night. We've been there before and the food and service were both good. All 3 of us had the skillet.

We ate at Tusker House Friday morning. We had an 8:05 ADR, so it was great to get in the park before opening. This was our first time at this restaurant since it converted from CS and it was great. The food selection was outstanding for a breakfast buffet. I'd say it was even better than Boma. The characters came around once and didn't stay at each table for too long, but that is pretty typical of most character meals these days. The character parade was really fun and the kids all seemed to enjoy it. Overall, Tusker House exceeded our expectations and was one of the best meals of our trip.

We had lunch at CRT on Saturday. We've done this lunch several times before and things have gone downhill. The appetizer plate was a much smaller portion than on prior trips and consisted of a small salad, piece of cold chicken, and grapes. Another disappointment was the kids menu. DD was looking forward to a Minor Domo but that is no longer on the menu. We asked our server if she could still get it, but the server said no. The wishing star and wands that were handed out were of a lower quality too. The print on the wand came off on DD's hand before the end of the meal and the star doesn't light up anymore. This meal was not worth the rising costs.

Sunday, we had lunch at Biergarten. This meal was a pleasant surprise. I had no idea how good the food was going to be. The buffet had a nice variety of foods and everything we ate was delicious. We'll definitely eat here again.

The only counter service worth noting is Columbia Harbor House. We usually eat here each trip. I was disappointed to see that the half sandwich/cup of soup combo was no longer available.

Overall, the restaurant quality seems to go down with each trip we take. I blame a lot of this on the popularity of the dining plan. It's harder for Disney to make money with the dining plan, so the food quality and choices seem to suffer to keep costs down. Also, the restaurants are much more crowded now. There were a couple times when our plans changed and I tried to get a TS ADR for later in the day or the following day and nothing was available. I never had that problem before.

I'm sorry to hear that the half sandwich/soup combo isn't on the menu at Columbia Harbor House. I was looking forward to eating here for the first time in May and that was what I planned to order.
