I will mention beforehand we didn't take the kids this trip, so really our experiences were more adult like in nature. Tried a all new places and didn't find a single one we didn't like!

Brown Derby Fantasmic Package: Dh thought this was his favorite over the course of the week. He even liked it more than Boma's for breakfast which has been his top rated place to eat for more than 4 years! I really thought it was o.k. honestly. There was nothing bad about it, but nothing that stood out as WOW this is a 2 ts rest. I had steak (this will be a recurring theme for me throughout the week!) and dh had the salmom. The pumpkin cheesecake I had for dessert was probably the best I had ever.

Hoop De Doo: Definitely go here for the atmosphere and not the food. Well, the cornbread maybe, but the rest was just o.k. The show was fun though and I think that made up for the food a bit!

Marakesh: This was my favortie all week. I LOVED this place. I loved the food, the atmosphere, the belly dancer, the service. EVerything. Could be because our server ended up bringing out an extra dessert (he miscounted at the table next to ours) and gave it to me. Stole my heart with dessert! Dh of course had lamb and I had the chicken kabobs. Tasty food and good entertainment.

Boma: Breakfast...as usual very good. Not a lot of people there the morning we went and it was already 10:30. Not sure why but more for me and dh. Our server here was a little bit, well, lazy. We have been when there were no free tables and our drinks were filled always and conversation with the server. We were lucky if she grunted at us. Didn't kill us and we will be back.

Ragland Road: Great atmosphere. Dh had the salmon again, but his dessert was great. I had the steak, it was really good but my dessert choice wasn't so great. Can't even remember what it was it was not so great. Again the atmosphere here is great. Definitely one of those places that you can go to just to sit at the bar and listen to the music. Now, we saw Cirque before going here and after getting here I got a splitting headache. I think with all the lights at Cirque and the loudness here I was doomed. But, I still had a great time and will do again. If you have kids, or at least kids like mine, they will never go here. There wouldn't be a thing they would eat!

LTT the night of the Christmas Party: Long wait here but I really enjoyed the characters. So sweet. The food was good..nothing wow but good standard food and atmosphere to go with it. Our server was a great one, conversed and joked with dh and oddly enough asked him how he likes the new dining plans with no gratuity added in. We always tip 20% or better so we had a conversation about it being really not a big deal either way. He said that a lot of customers complained about the gratuity being added in caused service to slide dramatically so that is why of it being gone. Now the servers have to work for their money again. All in all, a kiss from Pluto and a nice server made this a great night for me!

All in all a good time!

We felt the same way about Restaurant Marrakesh. What a gem! Fantastic food, great entertainment, and some of the best service we had at WDW. Our server gave us free beer because it was our anniversary which was a nice touch. It's not in the budget for this trip but we'll definitely be trying the Tangerience Cafe to see if it's at all comparable in terms of food quality.

I appreciated your review of Raglan Road too. I'd love to give it a try. DH and I are very used to Irish pubs since there are many, many, many where we come from. DH used to be the chef at one as well. So, I know that we love Irish food and I definitely would love the atmosphere. I just worry that the quality of the food would be less than we are used to.

on our trip in September we were on a trip that was a last minute one......so only had one reservation the whole week........we went to Ragland and read the menu outside and tried to get in......but as usual that week....no dice.....your review sounds like we should give it a try next trip.
Thanks so much for all your reviews
