Well, our dining experience was wonderful:cool1: We dined at character meals at: Tusker House, 1900 Park Fare, Crystal Palace and Akershaus at Epcot.
The only wait we had for any length of time was Akershaus..Not sure what the problem was except the Free pictures with Belle. All the food was great, hot, a great variety, and our servers were awesome. We did do our dining plan and the only glitch that I can see/saw was when it came time to settle up our bill. I made tip envelopes with cash for all of the servers and out of the 4, 1 got it correct the first time:goodvibes I must say, the highlight of the whole trip was on our last night at 1900 Park Fare and Prince Charming asked my 4 year old granddaughter to dance:angel:pixiedust: There were several little girls waiting for him and he came over to Mia..Needless to say, I had a hard time taking pictures as I had a few tears...He even twirled her at the end..she had a smile from ear to ear:littleangel: Any questions?? I will be happy to answer if I can:teacher:

oh my! that sounds magical! I am so glad your little girl enjoyed herself...=):woohoo:

Yes, Mia was thrilled, however, I don't think she understood the whole idea until after we talked about all the other little girls not getting to dance with the Prince:) Now, that is her favorite part of WDW:) Yes, we at Tusker House and Mickey waffles...the kids loved them:) Are you rested scootch?? I just finished making elclairs for Mother's day and all I can say...is that they don't look store bought:) It took way too long...I could have done 3-4 attractions in MK for the time it took me to make them:) Can you guess where I would rather be???

OMG I didn't even realize who had posted this! Great memory with Mia my dear friend. I am having the hardest time switching between disney cruise mode to disney world mode. My kids are actually bummed we are going to WDW in November, they want to go on the Dream again. I had used the money from the sale of my mom's house and rented points off of a dvc member, so the November trip is already paid for and no real backing out(could move my dates a bit if a problem arose, but otherwise we are heading to WDW). I know once we get there, having not gone but just a short 3 day trip in 09, we will all have a great time!!! Kenzey wants to try a new breakfast buffet, but the mickey waffles(even though she will only eat a bite or two) are a requirement  so thinking of trying TH. AK is not our favorite park, so maybe it will be something new and fun to do there. Thanks for the info... have you started planning your next trip yet ;) Hugs...

scootch, breakfast was really good at TH, and my daughter Amy and her two little ones only stayed for a few things and then left the park and went back to the CBR...I agree, it's not my "favorite" either and actually, I can cover most everything I want to see in just a very short time:) They had different types of food and they pour their guava juice in your glass, but, you can request other juice as well:) I had the BEST coffee there too....Enjoy your Mother's Day tomorrow....you and I do share one thing, both of our mom's are in heaven:)

Sounds like this is the "my Mom's in heaven club" that I am also a member, sadly....On a happy note - dinner @ 1900 Park Fare - what time did you go? We have a 5:05pm reservation and really hope my three princesses will get to meet Prince Charming!

We had dinner at 7:20 and Prince Charming did go to each table and do autographs and pictures. However, when he and Cinderella danced, then they were moving on, their music was still playing, he came over to Mia and took her hands and danced with her..I must say, it is tough to take pictures with tears in your eyes...Sorry that you no longer have your mom, so I guess, all our moms must be looking down on us:) Happy Mother's day to you as well eribriggs:)
