Dining Reservations

Hi

We're planning our very first trip to Universal before heading over to BCV. We're staying club level at HRH.

My question is how do I go about making dining reservations who do I call.

Can I call concierge at the hotel before we leave home and have them do it?

What restaurants are not to be missed - we'll only be there 2 full days and nights. April 30 & May 1 - going to WDW on May 2. It's me, my husband, 19 & 11 yr old boys.

One restaurant I would like to try is Mama Dellas.

My favorite restaurant is Mythos in Islands of Adventure. The atmosphere, food and service are great. Not anything like you would expect from a theme park restaurant. We also love Emeril's Tchoup Chop in the Royal Pacific Hotel.

who do you call to make reservations?

I think when booking our hotel at the Portifino Bay, we just told them where we wanted to eat and then they switched us to that particular restaurant and we made the reservation then. I also have a phone # 407-503-DINE that is printed on my PBH brochure to make restaurant reservations.

I have three boys ages 11, 14 & 17. They have all loved the Nascar Cafe, Mythos and Emeril's Tchoup chop.
