Do you need to make reservations for Universal restaurants and city walk restaurants? I don't think it's like Disney where you make reservations far in advance. Do you make the reservations on the web site like Disney?

You can definitely make reservations, although you are probably fine doing it a day or so in advance depending on when you are going. They can be done through the Universal website.
