Dining Reservations

Has anyone been able to make dining reservations lately? I tried the number a couple of times but it says that my call has been forwarded to an automatic voice messaging system. What gives?

About a month ago I called to make dining reservations and every number that I called (at the DLR) had some sort of similar message. I have no clue what the reason was but I tried for 2 hours to call before giving up and called the next day.
