Hello,

There are a few character meals that I would like to book how do I go about doing this?

Does anyone knoe where I can find the exact number of days before you have to book a meal?

Are disney really strict on you having to book exactly so many days before you wanting a reservation?

Cheers for any help you can offer :thumbsup2

You can make dining reservations from 180 days from the date of the meal. Some of the more popular ones get booked up very quickly. The phone line opens at 12 noon uk time so if you can call at that time on your 180 day mark to be sure of getting what you want! :thumbsup2

I am looking forward to March when I can book our ADR's for Septmeber! :cool1:

180 days before.

Last year I waited until 180 days before our last day of the holiday, and then rang up with my list of restaurants. This meant that I was able to book all the ADRs in one go, and I managed to get an ADR at every restaurant I wanted. The ADR's included the Fantasmic package as well.

However, if you want to book the Cinderella meal I would make sure you book this at your earliest opportunity.

ADR for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique; 001 407 939 78953
ADR for Recreation(fishing,surfing,golf); 001 407 939 7529

Hope you get the ADR's you want
Good Luck

If you are staying at a disney hotel you can book 180 - the number of days of your holiday ie. 7 days so you can ring 173 days:thumbsup2

You should be fine to book your ADRs from 180 days we made the last of ours last thursday and the CM was very friendly informative and pleasant to talk to. She even told me that two of our choices are her and her husband's favourite places to go to for a meal. We got everything we wanted to do even though we had alternative times picked in case the bookings were full for the time we wanted and party size. You'll need to tell them if you will be stopping at a Disney hotel or not, how many people and how many children in your party for the booking form they send to the hotel.:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes Remember to allow time to get to each restaurant and you may be told to get there 15 minutes before your ADR time :goodvibes :goodvibes

Thanks for the info above.
We are about to call today and make all our reservations I just drawing up a big list lol

Just remember to put the month in first:)

thank you sooooo much for the link - it's really useful (save's my poor aching brain from having to work it out).

There's so much info on here that I feel like I've never 'really' done Disney at all even tho' we've been 5 times before. This time we are gonna do sooo much more than ever before, thanks to the DIS.

Just wanted to add not to panic if you don't ring exactly on the day as they don't fill up straight away (most of them anyway) and if you don't get it you could always call back for cancellations nearer to the date. i have lucked out before and arranged Crystal palace, 1900 park fare, even california Grill while i have been in orlando, so don't worry. Of course if you know what you want then phone away, better safe than sorry:goodvibes

Thank you all so much for your help.

I will have to book them all in March which gives me something to look forward too!

Thanks again you have been very helpful as usual :thumbsup2

Hi everyone,

I was doing my calculations last night for when I will need to book out reservations and some fall on a saturday.

My question is therefore are the disney reservations offices open on saturdays?

Any info on this would be great!

Thank you

Yep, they are open 7 days a week:thumbsup2

This is a strange question but I want CRT and I'm staying onsite. Say I want to go there on my first day can I phone up 170 days (180 - 10 for being onsite) before the day I want CRT or do I have to wait until 180 days before my stay starts and I'm then allowed to do 10 more days after that? Hope that makes sense.
