Dining Reservations Site Down for Maintenance

Hi.
The Disney Dining Reservations website are down for maintenance.
Does anyone know I you can call and make the ressies or is it just the website (I'm at work so prefer not to make a call to Florida if I don't have to).
Does anyone know when it is suppose to be back up?
Today is my 180 mark.
I tried going through DVC (I'm a member) and that site is down too.

It is now 10:25 EST and it is still down

And it has been over one week since the site pulled up any of my dining reservations I get my resort reservations but none of my dining ones

Also very irritated. Today is my 180 days and I just wanted to get the reservations done and settled so I wouldn't have to worry about times. Frustrating.

Now there is a note up on the site that says: "We expect to return to full functionality by the afternoon of February 27, 2012." Who know when that will be
