Dining Reservations not working

Same thing all the time. Disney IT is the worst. Completely unacceptable for a company this large.
 
well its been an hour since chat asked me if I still wanted to wait.... losing hope

I think there is something deeper going wrong with the system. I was able to book a few over the phone. After booking a few, we noticed one that went in wrong in MDE, even though she read it back right. When we looked back, we thought it was a fluke and rebooked it as the correct thing.

We booked a few more and then I got disconnected unfortunately, she couldn't hear me anymore! Either way, now when I look at my reservations every time I load they are showing in different things. For example sometimes my reservation on Day 1, is showing the same reservation on other days of my trip. Or a reservation will be for a completely different restaurant. If I reload something different may show. So I definitely think there may be a deeper issue then just ability to book.

MDE is saying they can't book reservations on app or phone now... Also saw in another chat it's happening in Disneyland app too.

finally got through on chat and they said they couldnt book anything. I mentioned that I had 'friends' who booked via chat so they tried..... and failed.

Definitely. I have dining reservations that I booked for a personal trip a couple of weeks ago, and some of them are displaying wonky this morning. I also got a couple of panicked texts from clients in the same boat.
 
it's the regular booking site too. I was thinking of adding a day, but everything is down and it's now 9:00 eastern time

I'm able to book things (edited to clarify: package/hotel reservations, not dining) right now. I just removed a day for a client over the phone, and I held a reservation a few seconds ago. Maybe try an incognito browser?

I was able to get through on the phone and a cast member helped me finish booking! (A bit over 2 hours on hold)
She was able to confirm that the ones acting weird on the app all look good on her end. I noticed when I look at the reservations that are acting up on the website, instead of the wrong reservation it shows this error below. So luckily (kinda) it looks like it's just an issue with rendering, not actual reservation mixups (hopefully!)

Either way, hang on to those reservation numbers!
 
fingers crossed that actually works; have a reservation # for it

just finished booking via the chat; only bothered booking the beak and barrel reservation; will worry about the others later
