Hi! Was hoping someone might have had the same issue I’m having and could direct me who to contact for help? I’ve been going round and round with cast members on the chat feature in the app. Here’s the dilemma:
I have two dining reservations that have been cancelled. I have emails stating they were cancelled on 9/24. Yet they are still showing up in the Disneyland app. So I cannot make any other reservations during those time periods. I cannot Cancel in the app either. It tells me I’m too close to the window to cancel. But my reservations are not until November. Is there a number I can call? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!
