Dining reservations glitch in app

Hi! Was hoping someone might have had the same issue I’m having and could direct me who to contact for help? I’ve been going round and round with cast members on the chat feature in the app. Here’s the dilemma:

I have two dining reservations that have been cancelled. I have emails stating they were cancelled on 9/24. Yet they are still showing up in the Disneyland app. So I cannot make any other reservations during those time periods. I cannot Cancel in the app either. It tells me I’m too close to the window to cancel. But my reservations are not until November. Is there a number I can call? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!
 
That's so frustrating. I'm dealing with the opposite problem, where I can't get any of my dining reservations or park reservations to show in the app, but they do show on the website. In your case, I would create a second account to make your new reservations until you can get the canceled ones removed.
 
I had this happen back in June. I had to request technical support through the chat in the app 3 times before I reached a CM that knew how to remove it. I just kept reiterating that my reservation date was 2 months away and the app was stating "This reservation is outside the cancellation window." It was definitely a pain to resolve and took 3 days, but hopefully, you reach a different CM that knows what they're doing.
 
We had this happen last time we were there, I had cancelled a few weeks out of our trip and noticed it was still showing on the app day-of. I freaked out, but asked a CM at the Blue Bayou and it had been cancelled and I was never charged. The app just glitches out but the reservation is not there based on my experience. It might be giving you that error because it can't find a reservation to match.

Have you already tried to make another reservation in the app? One way you could check is to try and make a reservation for the same time. If it lets you, then no reservation is in their system.
 

Thank you!! I’m on my second attempt of a CM trying to help and forwarding to the dining team to help fix this. Last time that didn’t work. So we will see.

Yes, when I try to make another reservation during the same time, it asks me like normal, which reservation I want to keep. And when I change it to the new reservation, it says it conflicts with the existing and I have to cancel the existing. But it won’t let me cancel 🤣
