Dining reservations for park excursion?

We have a stop at Port Canaveral on our itinerary, and we all get 1 day tickets with park hopper. From what I understand, we don't actually receive the tickets until the night before our Port Canaveral day. Are we able to make ADR's ahead of time for that day, and if so, when?

Anyone can make an ADR 180 days in advance of their visit.

You don't need park tickets to make a dining reservation. As PP said, you can make an ADR 180 days before your park day.
