Dining Reservations for a split stay

Hi! We are going to Disney World in Sept, doing a split stay at CBR and BW. Can I make dining reservations for our entire stay on the 180 day mark from our arrival day? Or just the ones while we are at CBR and then the rest at the 180 day mark of when we move to BW? Thanks so much!
