Anyone else having trouble making ADR's online now?

Last night about 9pm or after I was trying to change some reservations for an upcoming trip and the system was down then, it was up earlier in the evening . . .

It's still down for me. Has anyone tried calling to make their ADRs instead? Phones are open now.

Yesterday it was down noon-ish, then again around 7 or 8pm.
I called and the CM's system was super-slow.

Yep, it is down for me. I went in there to try to cancel a ADR and it wouldn't let me. I know the resort booking system is also down
