When I booked the reservations today, they mentioned 48 hour cancellation policy. What were they talking about? I'm not being pre-charged for it, so why would I need to cancel?
I made 10 PS's about a month ago at different times on the phone and not once did they mention 48 hrs cancellation, which I would do anyway. Well maybe 24.
It's just a courtesy. We had to cancel once the same day, we did give as much notice as we could and yes, we did feel guilty but we also rebooked for the next day right away. The CM on the phone didn't care at all, she was very pleasant about it.
