Dining reservations at Vero Beach

How do you go about dinning reservations at VB's restaurants? Do you do it through Member services or have to call the resort directly? If the second one, does anyone has the number for the hotel?
I'm staying there on new years eve and would like to take care of dinner and brunch for our stay.
