Dining reservations and still making resort changes - any issues?

I need some help. And wondering if I'm thinking this through properly.

I have a Christmas reservation that is continually in limbo, and probably will be for a bit (DVC, stalking the website day by day). I have December 21-28 booked. Long story but each day is a separate reservation and can not be combined as yet.

Questions -

Do I get the 180 plus ten days booking on a one night resort reservation?

If I do, and I drop or change resorts for that first day my restaurant reservations instantly go poof, correct?

You only get 180+ length of stay (up to 10?)

So, you will have to book ADRs day by day.

They do not get automatically cancelled.

Call Member Services and they can link the reservations and make the dining reservations for you. I had the same issue. Separate DVC reservations (some single days) doing a split stay and I thought I would be able to book ADR online but it wouldn't let me. Called Member Services and they were able to make all my ADRs.

Thank you both! Appreciate it. Knew I had something wrong. Otherwise people would be able to cheat the system.

I can't link them because first day is a different resort. And I have a mish mash of CCV studios (two booking categories).

All these years have never used MS for restaurant reservations. Thank you for that advice.
