i am trying to make dining reservation 180 days +10 but the online system does not recognise my uk reservation number :confused3

You need the 12 digit no. Who have you booked with?
 
i booked with wdw travel company, basically disney

You need to phone them and get your 12 digit ref. no. Or you could phone Disney and do your ADRs over the phone.
 

they told me to use my 8 digit number on my booking confirmation email , it was same as my reference given at time of booking with a extra 1 and 3 in front ??
 
They gave me an 8 digit reference 3 letter followed by 5 numbers - it was a quick easy call and I booked the plus 10 no issue.
 
Thanks, I phoned and booked but still have some to do.
What I do no understand can I book another restaurant tomorrow under the 180 +10 rule?
 
We are 180 days out today so phoned the UK free phone number 0800 169 0732 you need option 3. They have changed the system in the last few months apparently.

Booked 10 days every restaurant and time we requested. Phoning tomorrow for the 19th, same story for the next 3 days x

Tried to link to my reservation via My Disney Experience app where you need your confirmation number and phone number but that is not working properly. The lady I spoke to said it would sometimes take a couple of days for the reservations to link properly.

I called yesterday for the other number, it took moments and I have been able to book 180+10 online today. Can't use the Disney app to book more than 180 days ahead, but the ones I've done on the website are showing up on it. :)
 
I have been calling since 10am when the website says Disney is open for my 12 digit number so I can make my reservations today but it keeps saying they are closed? Does it therefore mean 10am US time? I am irritated with them now.....

I think you are correct - I have also tried calling today and it said Eastern time so I will try again just after lunch.:idea:

I've got the 12 digit code and I still can't get on to book our ADRs. I'm now sat waiting for their phone lines to open!
 
Finally got my first 10 days, apart from Fantasmic dining package which is not yet showing as available for any dates past April. What a hassle. Same pain every year re getting a ref number that will work. They really should improve this!

Just so I don't give any duff information here. I have successfully booked a Fantasmic linked dining package today (180 days out) by calling the dining reservations line. Interestingly the lady I spoke to said it could not be booked on line. From what I saw it can, but only for the next 2 months. Whatever!
