My DVC reservation starts in 60 days, however the Disney dining site says I can only book for the first day. Is that correct? I thought you could book the whole week from the date your reservation starts? Do I have to do this one day at a time?
 
Is your DVC reservations linked to your My Disney Experience using the same email address as the DVC Member site, and are you fully logged in?
 
Not sure if you did, but if you stitched together multiple reservations for a stay, it could affect your booking window. We had a split stay this past August and can only book at 60 days for each reservation, not the whole trip.
 
I have just one reservation, and I'm fully logged in. My homepage says your trip starts in 60 days. Yet--when I go to a specific restaurant the calendar is open for the first day of my stay but shaded out for the next six days??

Yeah, this is a cookies issue. The dining page is "forgetting" that you're signed in.

Try an incognito/private browser tab. If you're on mobile, try desktop. If you're on desktop, try mobile.
 
I was using a desktop, so I tried on an ipod--same problem. I will probably just have to book day by day--very frustrating. I've been a DVC member since 1991, and the frustration level just keeps rising with this whole experience.

I had the same issue for our upcoming trip (started booking last week). Reservations seemed to only be opening up day by day, not for our entire trip. It never did resolve itself. We just scheduled day by day. No split stay, nothing unusual. 🤷‍♀️
 
Check-in November 18--exactly 60 days from today
On the Dining Reservations forum, others have reported a similar glitch. Some have had better results by pulling up the restaurant’s specific webpage in MDE and booking from there rather than from the Dining page in MDE. Or booking via the MDE website vs the MDE app. IOW, if there’s more than one way to do it, try them all.

Definitely try! I tried various browsers, various ways. None worked, but I did receive different messages (or lack thereof). I hope something works for you!
 
you can call in and they will book the whole dining reservation for the 10 days had the same problem and thats what helped me out
 
Oddity for me is in the web browser it doesn't let me select our checkout day but in the app it does.

ETA: the reservation is only 5 nights long so it isn't too long of a window to open the entire time.
