Dining Reservation Questions

I am planning to book dining reservations for 8 of us - what is best plan - try for all 8 or book in groups of 4?
Also, we are staying onsite, I read that those that are staying onsite can book dining at 60 days plus 10 days from check in. I am not able to do that, there's not an option on MDE to begin booking for our May 7th trip.

60+10 just means you can book up to 10 days (or, however long your on-site stay is) at 60 days, vs. having to book day-by-day if you’re offsite. It doesn’t mean 70 days ahead of check-in.

You can search for 8. If you can’t find 8, break up into smaller parties.

60 days from your May 7 would be Monday, March 8th. That’s when your ADR window will open.
