Dining Reservation questions

Does anyone know the hours for Disney Dining reservations ( (714) 781-DINE )? I tried a search but couldn't find anything.

I hear you can make dining reservations 60 days in advance. Does anyone know, how is that counted? (Like if I hypothetically wanted reservations for 6/12, would I make them 4/12, or 4/13? Someone back in August said it's really 2 months so it would be 4/12...)

The phone lines for Disney Dining are open from 8:00am to 9:00pm Pacific time.

For June 12, you can call on April 12, which is actually 61 days.

I did this a few times last year.
