Dining Reservation Email shows "

I grabbed a new reservation from a dining alert and when I got the email confirmation, it noted "previous dining reservation is cancelled" with the date/restaurant/time. Made my heart stop. But then I looked at the restaurant and time and it wasn't one of my reservations. My reservations are all still showing on MDE. I looked back on previous email confirmations and it has happened a couple times before, all from reservations I made from dining alerts. Anyone else seeing this?
