The website keeps prompting me to log in (which I've already done) as I'm navigating through pages while trying to make reservations. This is most frustrating and a time suck during crucial moments. What am I doing wrong?

Try switching to an incognito browser page.

Have you tried on the app?

You can also try a different browser, try a different device, or clear the browser cache. I would try the first two suggestions above first though; they are the simplest to do.
