Just got back and am working on detailed reports, but here's a dining one.
1900 Park Fare (Dinner): WONDERFUL!!! Buffet was excellent (no I did not get sick or see any gross things) and there was plenty to offer. Lot's of the basic's (carrots, prime rib, ham, turkey, rice, corn, etc.).
Chef Mickey's (Dinner): Very Disappointed. Only ate the shrimp & prime rib. Everything else was either mandarin orange green beans or cajun tuna. Desserts were good. Nothing like the buffet at the 1900. I would stick to just breakfast here.
Le Cellier (Lunch): Excellent as always. Had the sirloin burger with steak fries and it was excellent.
50's Primetime (Lunch): Very good. Had the fried chicken, with mashed potatoes and green beans.
Sci-Fi Theater (Lunch): Very good. Had the cheeseburger with onion rings.
Tusker House (Lunch): Ate here twice!! Had the fried chicken sandwich with fries one day and the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes & green beans on another day. Get the coupons. Ended up saving me almost $6!
Captain Cook's (Dinner): Had a quick meal here. Chicken fingers and fries. Was hot and good. Used my refillable mug here at least 3 times a day. Best investment!
Spoodle's (Dinner): EXCELLENT!!! One of the best meal I ate at WDW!! Had the pasta with sausage & mushrooms and it was great!!
Kona Cafe (Breakfast & Dinner): Tried the Tonga Toast everyone raves about. It was good, but sweet and filling. Dinner was awful!!! My server was excellent. Very friendly and courteous, but the meal was yucky. I ordered the prime rib, but when it came, it looked like a thin piece of steak (it even had grill marks on it!!!). Never seen prime rib served this way, so I checked with my server and she confirmed it was. No taste to it. Dessert was much better. Tried the Kilauea Torte and it was sooooo good. Would recommed Kona's for dessert, but not dinner. Very crowded on nights of MVMCP.
Beaches & Cream (Lunch): Good. Had the cheeseburger with onion rings.
Concourse Steakhouse (Dinner): Excellent!! This was also one of the best meals I ate at WDW. Kansas City Strip steak with garlic mashed potatoes & onion rings. Would dine here again!
Rose & Crown (Dinner): Excellent!! This was also one of the best meals eaten. Had the Prime Rib, with baked potato and green beans. Cooked to perfection. Tried the Chocolate Mousse Parfait, which was good, but I miss the Guinness chocolate cake they used to serve.
Cindy's (Lunch): Excellent!! Finally the last best meal I ate there. Had the Prime Rib, with mashed potatoes. Cooked excellent. The rolls were hot and fresh and the butter was in the had cindy's coach on it. The server was excellent and was constantly replacing my drink and rolls, before I even had to ask.
Liberty Tree Tavern (Lunch): Ok. Was quite disappointed with my trip to LTT (and that's a first for me). Had the turkey dinner and it was ok.
Plaza Restaurant (Dinner): Good. Had the burger with fries and a mint chocolate chip shake.
