Dining reaervations

When I want to retrieve dining reservations that ( i made by phone )on line it can never find them. Am I putting in my phone number wrong.

Possible. Some have managed to retrieve them online and some have not. It seems to be touch and go. How are you entering your number? It needs to be exactly in the right format (no spaces and I think there are dashes between the sets of digits). I will check my confirmations from last year and see. There were a bunch I could never retrieve. Often the system doesn't recognise a UK phone number.

I have managed to retrieve 2 but others no. So I phoned to cancel and made new reservations on line. Thank you for your help.

So glad you got them. I wouldn't have the courage to cancel and rebook in case they are gone .... you are braver than me Well done!
