Hi, I have a few questions about the dining plan. We are going to be getting 2 rooms at all star sports. If I purchase the dining plan for all in our room me, wife, son. Can we use some of our credits for her mother and nephew to eat with us? also if anyone could give me some prices for soda and snacks(mickey bars) in the parks. It is hard for me to believe that $600 is a good deal for a weeks worth of food!
Thank you, Chris

You mention two rooms. Note that the dining plan, if purchased, must be for all people on the reservation, so if you have five people on the reservation, with two in one room and three in the other you must get the dining plan for all five.

Next, here are menus for all of WDW, from V&A all the way down to the snack carts. Note that in both the CS locations and the snack carts the lowest price for a soda (either cup or 20 oz bottle) is $2.09 plus 14¢ tax. If your son is between 3 and 9 and you have one dinner Character buffet you are talking about $85 including tax and tip.

Your room key will state 2 adults and one child on the dining plan, technically that will be your limit, at least at table service meals -- for counter service or snacks they have no real way of telling.

(Note if a child is under 3 there is no charge at a buffet or if sharing someone else's food. If ten or older the charge, both for dining plan or meals, is as an adult.)
