Hello everyone,

I am wondering if Disney restaurants (specifically Chef Mickey's and Kona) use real maple syrup? It may seem silly but we are Vermonters and if they serve Aunt Jemima's or something similar , we will need to bring our own supply for my DH and DD. Thanks for your help.

Bring your own ;)

Though, the syrup they provide is not bad: it has taste to it, as opposed to just being sweet. But, it is not real maple syrup.

I am Canadian and feel your pain about maple syrup! I go to the canadian pavillion and get a tiny bottle of real maple syrup and bring it with me to breakfast. I leave the syrup (in a ziploc bag) in the glove box of the car during the whole trip. The syrup in Disney is not edible!!!

I'm such a mess because I can't tell the difference. I can imagine that you'd want the real stuff if you're used to it though!

no real syrup to be found in any resturant. I bring my own from home. Those cute little bottles are great for that. The kids dont seem to to care but me I want the real stuff. I just carry it in my bag with me. I get some strange looks but i dont care.
