Dining PSs through MS?

Unless I'm trying for CRT I use Disney Club's number since it is an 800 number.
Since DC is ending I was curious if we can make dining PSs through MS's 800 number?

I have made all our PS thru member services since we joined in 1994. The only thing I did through regular PS # was CP package and I don't know why I went thru them but I think it was because it was the first day you could make them and we only had one day to make them and I was nervous. MS is wonderful for all PS!

I didn't realize you could do anything but actual membership things (ressies, banking, etc.) Can you do recreation on the 800 # as well?
