Dining Plans, will this work?

When we went two years ago we tried Boma, O'Hana, Le Cellier, Chef Mickeys for breakfast, and Artist Point. This year we want to do all new except Boma, we loved it. We will be doing Boma again this year. DH and I will be traveling with two adult children 10boy(good eater) and 12girl (light eater) for 4 days on the dining plan. They are excited about trying new things on the adult menu and could probably share an adult meal easily. We are staying at CSR Sept.13-17.
Heres the plan:
Day 1 Arrival Day dinner @Boma 4TS
Day 2 Epcot Day breakfast @ Pep Market 2CS
lunch @ sunshine seasons or TangCafe 3 CS
dinner @ Chefs de France 3TS
Day 3 MK Day breakfast@ MK? not sure where 3CS
lunch @ Columbia Harbor Hse 3CS
dinner@ Kona Cafe 3TS
Day 4 MGM Day breakfast @ Pep. Market 2CS
lunch @ Backlot 3CS
dinner @ Fantasmic4TS? or Jiko 6TS
Departure Day Breakfast @WCC or Kona 2TS if we have them

Questions: If we do 50's PT or Mama Melrose for the Fantasmic package, are the kids able to share a meal?
If we do Jiko for dinner on our MGM day will it be hard to get back to MGM by 8pm for Fantasmic. We DO have a car.
Do you need to do the dinner package to get a seat in mid September?
Do they allow sharing of meals at Jiko?
Where to eat a yummy breakfast in MK? Are there better breakfast places in Epcot?
Thanks in advance. I enjoy our vacations MUCH more when I can plan them. We don't necesarily have to stick with the plan but its nice to have an idea of what we'd like to do.

I don't think 50's does a Fantasmic Package. At Mama Melrose (or any other package deal) you can't share if you are doing the package.

50s Prime Time Cafe definitely doesn't do the Fantasmic Package.

On teh seating..... If your'e asking if you need DDP to get a seat at a restaurant, then no. ADRs may be important, but aren't affected by DDP or no DDP. If you're asking about Fantasmic seating, then what the package does is guarantee you a seat without having to line up an hour and a half ahead of time. You can get yourself a seat for any Fantasmic show by showing up and getting in line early enough, but it's a question of how much wait you're willing to put up with.

How tight the Jiko-MGM trip is depends almost entirely on what time your ADR is.......

Breakfast at MK is good at several places. Do you want a buffet like CP or something like bakery choices from Main Street? Check allearsnet.com for menus to see what looks appealing. Across the World, we've found that breakfast buffets are generally quite good.
