I want to purchase the dining plan with my tickets, but I'm unsure how to do this. I'm buying my air and resort ticket thru a site that only offers the tickets not the dining plan. Can I buy my tickets and add on the dining plan when I get to the resort?

No, the dining plan MUST be done in advance, and is only available with the purchase of a package. It sounds as if you are purchasing everything a la carte, and if that is the case you will not be able to do the Disney Dining plan.

If you want the plan you have to purchase a Magic Your Way package (and a package consists of a hotel stay with tickets included.) Your tickets can be anywhere from a 1 day to a 10 day ticket on the packages.

The dining plan is not a feature that is associated with tickets, but a package add on that is associated with the number of nights you are staying in a Disney resort..
