Can you purchase the dining plan if your a dvd member?
This looks quite good value, wondering wheather we can get it or not?

Not if you're staying on points. Some people have been told that DVC is working on adding a plan.

I agree that it offers good value.

However, if you will have an annual pass, you can join Disney Dining Experience which is even better for some families...like mine! The card is $50 and then you get 20% off full service Disney restaurants as well as food courts in resorts that don't have full service.
