When we booked for November we managed to get the free quick service dining deal but I am now wondering if I can ring up and upgrade to get the next one up (so we can get a sit down meal as well)

Is that at all possible?

Yep just ring them up and they add it to the system and send you a new invoice.

you can call and upgrade (up until 14 days before check in)

note that if you do, you need to be sure that's the way you want to go.
if you decide to downgrade back to QSDP after that, it will cost you £50 (no charge for upgrading)

Don't forget you have to tip table service meals so it costs more than the upgrade itself. Worth it IMO just pointing it out!
