Please excuse me if this has already been asked a million times but is there any kind of discount on the dining plan for DVC members or premium pass holders? TIA!

No there isn't.

The only discount for DVC members is the peak season surcharge is not added. Same price all year.

Outside the dining plan you do get a small (10%) discount at several restaurants.

There is also no Theme Park Ticket Purchase requirement. Regular hotel guests must purchase a base ticket with a minimum number of days to get a dining plan.
